The Clan Gathering of Restaurants is hiring experienced line cooks for Scran & Dram Scottish Public House.

Scran & Dram is community-focused and offers exceptional Scottish pub fare & comfort food made from scratch with local ingredients.

Line cooks will deliver the best possible culinary experience for our customers with particular emphasis on using fresh, local ingredients and traditional cooking methods.

Accountabilities:

• Reports to Sous Chef & Head Chef
• Bring passion to the kitchen every day and inspire other team members
• Support with menu creation, daily features, special event menus
• Ensuring food quality and execution

Required qualifications:

• Basic food handlers certification
• WHMIS certified
• Hard worker with the potential to work over 10 hour shifts as required
• Minimum 1 year kitchen experience
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, courteous, and positive attitude
• Passion for exceeding culinary expectations and crafting high-quality pub food from local ingredients

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
