Private Room FAQs
Depends on the day, time, and number of people. We don’t guarantee the whole room privately for groups under 20 people. To absolutely guarantee private use of the room, there will be a minimum spend requirement. If your guest count drops after making your reservation, a private booking may switch to a non-private booking at the discretion of the manager.
There are no upfront fees to rent the room, however, there may be a minimum spend requirement to guarantee private use of the room depending on size of group, day, and time. This is at the discretion of the manager, but is generally $750. All food and beverages purchased go towards this amount and a “fee” is only charged if your group doesn’t reach the required amount. Please contact us to see if this applies to your desired date & time.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to use any decorations you like as they don’t damage our space (i.e. don’t use tape that will rip off paint, be very careful of candle placement, etc.) and all decorations are taken with you at the end of your event. Please note that you may not be able to access the room in advance of your event to decorate (due to other bookings), so please keep that in mind when setting your reservation time.
You have access to our full, regular menu, as well as our platter menu (both available under the MENUS tab). We always try our best to accommodate all food requests, but we appreciate having your order at least one week in advance. If guests are ordering for themselves from our regular menu, nothing is required ahead of time. All beverages are available including specialty cocktails, wine, draught beer, pitchers of beer and pop, tea & coffee, etc.
No - there are no deposit or cancellation fees, but we greatly appreciate knowing of any changes to your event asap, preferably at least one week in advance. This includes cancellations as well as changes in number of guests attending, as it may impact our set up.
The only item of outside food allowed is a speciality cake or cupcakes made in a Public Health inspected facility (i.e. not a homemade cake). We cannot store any outside food items for you, so this has to be brought in at the time of your event. If you’d like us to cut & serve the cake, there is a $1.50/person plating fee. You’re also welcome to bring in your own knife, plates, and cutlery to serve the cake yourself and then there is no plating fee.
